ABOUT VAN TRI LE

Born in France and grew up in Canada, Van Tri Le has always been passionate about photography and visual arts. In 1998 he decided to pursue his long time dream by moving to New York City to attend the prestigious School of Visual Arts (SVA) and the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). In 2000, *Surface Magazine (San Francisco) awarded Van Tri Le to be one of the New American Avant Garde which leads to major editorial and commercial work.

Van Tri Le’s personal work has been shown in exhibitions in Canada, United States, England, Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam. and has been granted with many international awards. In 2006, Vogue Germany called him one of the best talent of the year, that same year, GQ Germany awarded Van Tri Le as one of the 10 top Erotic photographer.

Van Tri Le is contributing to magazines such as DV, EXIT, Nylon, *Surface, GQ, Arena, Slash, Cover, Seventeen, HoBo and shooting for commercial clients like L'Oréal Paris, Aldo, Cossette, Marketel, As Four, Roxy NYC…etc

He now shares his time between America and South East Asia.
